Here there will be 2x 1v1 areas, the blue player will try and score in the goal, the red player will defend and get the ball, then pass it as soon as possible the help side. The player in the middle will give the ball to the next players who has to try and score in the mini goal. The ball starts when a player from the middle passes to the next 'attacker'. If the attacker scores and the defender does not get the ball then the defender has to get the ball from the goal and pass it to the middle as quick as possible.
Players will rotate in three areas, Left Field Middle Field and Right Field, after 5 minutes they will rotate positions, this means the exercise will go a lot quicker.
