Man to Man orientated small sided game
Split squad into teams of 3. Each team plays for 5 minutes before losers being knocked out and the team sitting out comes in.
Focus needs to be on man to man accountability. If any player scores, the player who was meant to mark them has to be held accountible and is punished accordingly.
Play is to be as continious as possible with the coach feeding balls into the field when a ball goes out. If a goal is scored then the push back happens in the middle of the field.
