All players will start on the base line, the trainer will put a ball down inside or outside the 23 and they blow the whistle. The attacking team has to get the ball and score as quick as possible and the defending team have to focus on marking their players quickly while under stress. Every time the trainer blows the whistle all players will have to run to the base line touch it with their stick then the next attack begins.
