Area: 23m with a triangle in the middle (two solid black lines on diagram)
focusing on:
attackers moving the ball to go towards goal (blues)
Defenders (yellows) working on pressuring, turning over, recognising space then outletting.
1st phase:
attackers take a long corner from the 23m on the attacking right of the pitch. they play towards goal.
2nd phase:
If the defenders turn over the ball they must outlet towards the goal on the left hand side of the pitch on the 23m (use cones)
