Place 3 red cones. A left side players. B for the midfield players and C for the right side players. Line up behind them.
First player left starts dribbling towards blue cone. Turns and push/slap ball to the striker who ran up to the back-D position and after controlling the ball takes a shot at goal. The player dribbles from the right and hits/slaps from the right towards the same striker who has to stop and control the ball and shoot at goal. Keeper stays in box.
Approaching shots have to be hard and on target.
Goal shooting shots have to be either a short hand hit or bunt (from P-spot.)
