Station 1: Chess (Reed) 2 Goalies
-Directions: On coach's whistle, each team must send in a predetermined number of girls (1-5). Each number must be used before a number can be repeated. Girls will be forced to communicate, look to create 2v1 situations, look to create doubles, call pressure/cover, communicate, cut/create passing options/space. If goalie clears ball between cones and out of bounds, it is defensive team's ball. If not between cones but out of bounds, the attacking team gets a side-in.
Station 2: Hot-Box (Regn) To Goal ( 1 Goalies)
Station 3: Sharks & Minnows (Smith)
Station 4: Strength Circuit (no coach or visiting senior) ( 1 Goalie - they rotate through to this station)
- wrist rollers (on bleachers)
- burpees
- planks (1 minute on/1 minute off)
