2 attackers and 2 defenders start in the circle.
Blue arrow dribbles through cones and shoots at goal - this player then remains in to create 3v2 - play it out until goal or clearance.
Orange arrow carries at speed then when they are past the last cone look to deliver to one of the 3 attackers.
Green arrow is next, doing the same as the orange arrow did, but on the other side.
Black arrow is last, carries the ball, drags and/or jinks the cone then delivers or shoots (they do not follow up) with the other attackers trying to get rebound.
Reset and repeat.
