Variation of Using the width drill, options 1 and 2. Primary attacker commits the defender, secondary attacker creates a decision to be made by the defender. Attackers run same routes, no matter what option is taken
Attacker 1: Concentrate on setting up the defender. Squaring hips to the baseline helps put defender in two minds. If defender commits more sideline look to drag, if he commits to inside look to pass outside.
Attacker 2: Concentrate on hitting 2 speeds, cruise outside, then hit the gas on the return to the circle. Be looking to receive pass on run outside.
Defender, try to overplay the inside, as commiting to the outside creates problems for keeper on shot.
Extra difficulty - attacker 1 can try spins, jinking, or basic drag to beat defender, and again reverse shot from the top.
