The players will play a 6v5, The two defenders in the circle can not leave the circle, and the other defenders can not enter the circle. The whole point of the exercise is to make the midfield players confident enough to win a 1v1 then walk into the circle to create an easy chance to score.
Defending players will try and score in either of the mini goals.
