DESCRIPTION

Blue cones are a ball speed exercise with finishing on goal, after passing follow the ball.

Orange cones are a stick speed exercise, the players will perform fast stick drags but focus on keeping the ball on their sticks for as long as possible.

-Left Right

-Forward Back

-Inside Outside

After 15 minutes the two groups will change.
