BLACK: Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 2. Indian dribble/side shuffle to cone 3, Sprint to cone 4. Shoot on Goal.
BLUE: Start at cone 1, Sprint to cone 3. Indian dribble/side shuffle to cone 2. Sprint to cone 4. Shoot on goal.
RED: Start at cone 1, Indian dribble/side shuffle to cone 4. Sprint to cone 3, sprint to cone 2, Sprint to cone 4. Shoot on goal.
Advanced:
Have players wait for your sign on which route to run. This makes it harder for the players because they now need to remember 3 different routes instead of just one.
Force the players to look at one specific cone that can be placed outside the box, the players now cannot look at their ball but need to fixate the vision on this cone only.
