An exercise to practice building up at speed with leading and re leading finishing with scoring on goal.
1. Pass to the left back.
2. Left back runs over the 23' line then gives the ball back to the central defender who has run backwards towards the white marker.
3. Central defender gives the ball wide to the right back.
4. The right back gives the ball to the left midfielder.
5. During this pass the mid mid will run away so there is room for the left midfielder to collect the ball.
6. Run through the minefield and score.
