How? 7v7 game, Objective for Blue is to get the ball through either one of the red coned goals. When they do, Blue is allowed to go to Goal. Red has to try and get the ball across the 50yd. line in order to gain the right of attack.
Beyond the 50yd. line is a so-called "Free Zone" where the defense is not allowed to cross into.
Why? Quick attack over outside, circle defense, running the line, attacking circle penetration.
