The Att. starts the 3 touch drill by a drive push pass to the blue coloured feeder. after the push the Att. runs around the blue feeder so he can receive the ball back.
At the same moment the red feeder starts his walk up around the blue con to receive the ball from the blue feeder, so he can pass it trough to the Att.
After the Att. receives the ball on the top of the D he must strike the ball as fast as he can.
- Build up the speed of passing and run ups
- Every pass is a push
- Every receive is high one
- Strike as fast is possible
- Aim for the far corners
