Blue Feeder passes the ball to the attacker at the cone. Attacker returns the ball to the blue feeder, as this pass is released, the Red Feeder passes the ball to the opposite cone. Attacker has to run across, collect the pass on the move and return it to the Red Feeder. This time, as the pass is returned, the Blue Feeder passes to the opposite cone and the attacker has to run over again. Repeat the shuttle runs for about 30 seconds to a minute, then rotate the feeders and attackers.
Whole exercise should run until everyone has had two spells as the attacker.
Players need to encourage each other to push themselves. Walking to receive each pass is of little benefit.
