Player 1 starts at the black cone. He/She passes the ball to player 2 in front of the tyre. Player 2 arches the ball to his/her left and passes the ball to T-point. Player 2 then leads into the circle. Player 3 runs to T-point to collect the ball. He/She then passes the ball to player 2 who will then take a shot at goal.
Player 1 becomes player 2. Player 2 becomes player 3. Player 3 goes to the back of the line.
Exercise can be repeated from the left aswell.
Motivate intensity in this drill. Players have to move quickly. Ball speed is crucial. The ball played back to player 2 has to go to the top of the D. The shot has to be taken as quick as possible.
