Description

1/2 the players start with a ball, moving to space to pass to a player without a ball. player recieving the ball must post up and run through the ball or allow the ball acrooss their body and acelerate to space. only open stick to encourage feet movement.

Coaching points

good body position on carry and recieve, when posting up drop bottom hand to help with recieve. move the feet to enable open stick play. make conection through vision and calling for the ball. KEEP MOVING 3 minutes squat jumps for the group in a reverse stick is used.
