DESCRIPTION

  • Players divide into groups of two
  • One of each group stands on the side line fhilst the partner stands across them on the inside of the field
  • players start pushing the ball to each other
  • after a while the players on the inside of the field takes a few steps back and players start to bunt the ball to eachother
  • after bunting the players progress into a slap
  • after slap players progress into a hit
