- defender A can only look at bal with nr 1. If defender gets ball, person who lost ball is be defender.
- nr 1 starts dribbling and has to play to nr 2 with a (mobile) push
- if nr 2 gets ball, around cone and nr 1 starts moving
ECERCISE 2: RECEIVING
* defender A behind nr2. Nr 2 runs to square= start excercise. Nr 1 plays ball and nr 2 tries to receive and get past defender through the square back to where he started.
* if defender wins ball, he plays to nr 1= change roles. Nr 2 defender, nr 1 receiving and defender playing ball
