DESCRIPTION

Drill training 1 v1 elimination skills, scoring and then over defense

COACHING POINTS

  • Player B passes to player A then runs around the last cone in his zone and then defends the circle
  • Player A receives from player B and then attempts to attack the circle at pace eliminating the defender.
  • Payer A then shoots at goal
  • once the shot has been comleted, player A then sprints to left/right hand side to cover defend the zone.
  • The attackers in the left/right hand zones will wait until player A is near their zone then they will attack the goal line at pace. 
  • Player A then stays in their zone for the next round
