DESCRIPTION

Drill for transfering the ball and attacking the baseline

COACHING POINTS

  • Player A hits ball accross to player B then takes a 2nd ball and runs into the circle and shoots
  • Player B receives and passes ball to player C who leads into space.
  • Player C leads to the baseline, receives from player B and then attacks the baseline. 
  • Once player B has passed to player C he then runs into the  circle to support player C and waits for a pass back to him from the baseline.

Passes from baseline

  1. 45 degree pass
  2. 90 degree pass
  3. back on 90 degree pass
  4. top circle pass
  5. back post pass
  6. between P spot and goal keeper pass
