put players on the black cone at the two dashes on the baseline closest to the goal. They left hand side will go first, the player at the top of the circle will accurately hit the ball between the two cones to the far post or just outside it for the player on the dash to step up and deflect it in.
When circle cleared the right hand side goes and everybody moves around one cone clockwise.
