Attack vs defence: get the children into groups of 7. Choose 4 people to be the attacker and 2 people to be defenders and 1 GK. The attackers have 5 separate attacks to try and score. As soon as the defenders get the ball, then that attack stops. If the attackers score, then they get a point. Once the attackers have had 5 separate attacks, then switch over so the defenders become the attackers. See which group of attackers can score the most goals out of 5.
