Red attack 4 of the Blue team at the Baseline end of the pitch. Red Step off the pitch after there is an outcome. Blue recieve a ball from their extra player who also joins (giving them 5) they attack 4 of the Yellow team who are defending the half way end of the pitch until there is an outcome. Blue step off the pitch and Yellow recieve a ball from their team mate and recieve an extra player, they attack the Red team at the Baseline end of the pitch.
Once the attack is over, Red recive the ball and player and attack Blue who are defending the Half way end of the pitch, this continues with each team gaining a ball and player when the attack (5) and loose a player when they are defending (4).
