Set up a number of 'Islands' out of cones around the pitch.
Select two players to be 'catchers', their role will be to try and tackle the rest of the players who have to dribble between the islands.
Spread all the other players out between the island and each time the coach shouts go they have to travel between the islands and try not to get tackled. Players are not allowed to return to the same island they started at.
Once a player is tackled and looses the ball they join the catchers team.
Repeat a few times until players are having fun and each have had a turn at both roles.
