Divide the girls into three groups and put the goalie in goal. Between the Dot and the goal.
In group 1, 1 player on the hat near the circle the others out at the other hat. The first player passes the ball to the player on the circle and they turn and in one movement hit the ball towards the goal. The player starts the movement then goes to the top of the circle.
In group 2. same setup as the first but the player at the top of the circle pushes the ball straight back and then moves into the circle to recieve a ball hit in their direction. They need to then try and score. The goalie needs to move out towards the player to stop them scoring,
In group 3. Same as group 1.
Players after finishing their turn rotate between groups.
Get them to start with group 1, then move to group 2 when 1 has finished then 3 and then back to 1.
