Each team given a different constraint and receive points for each time they are successful
T1: 3 touches
T2: Receive the ball in flow
T3: Secure the ball then move
Continuous play for 3 minutes
3 rounds of matches. Coach to keep score
2. Spare team in Skills circle.
3 balls, 5 players
Must keep balls moving continuosly within circle for 3 mins
Double D game: (keep 6 balls in each goal)
General rules
Score from inside D
No long corners or PCs. Restart from back line
Play sidelines, quick restarts.
1 point for a goal. 2 points for meeting constraint
