T2: Receive the ball in flow
T3: Secure the ball then move
Continuous play for 3 minutes
3 rounds of matches. Coach to keep score
2. Spare team in Skills circle.

Must keep balls moving continuosly within circle for 3 mins
Double D game: (keep 6 balls in each goal)
