All the players line up along the 23 line. they all jog out to the line of cones and then turn around and jog back. they are going to be doing different exercises / stretches each time byut they will be repeating them twice each time. the different exercises will be high knees, heel flicks, lungs, sumo squats, inch worm and spiderman crawl.
