Blue player starts by passing ball to Red player.
Red player must push the ball or hit at medium strength the ball between the cones.
Blue player must try intercept using the front side.
Cones should be no more than 2 stick lengths.
The point of the exercise is to get the player to acquire the skill of intercepting the ball on the front side, thus passing speed should increase gradually.
