Description:
There are 3 teams of 3. Blue team has 3 attacking players and red team has 2 defending players. Once the blue team scores, the red team retrieves a ball and attacks the other goal. If the red team dispossesses the ball from the blue team, they go on attack and their 3rd member, who is waiting on the sideline, joins the attack.
The yellow team then adds in 2 defenders to defend when the red team is on attack.
Continous drill. Just remind the players, they defend, then attack, then go off to the side for a rest.
It's a 3 v 2 situtation, so there should never be a time when it is 3 v 3 or 3 v 1.
