DESCRIPTION

23m area split into 3 channels as shown in the diagram.

- Channel 1 (1v1) will go first then once play has broken down, channel 2 (2v1) and then channel 3 (3v2).

- The ball must be played to the defender and then back to the attacker to start the channel.

- Once the channel has been, players stay inside the D and once the next channe gets inside, they can use the previous channel players.

- This will simulate a 6v4 once the final channel has gone.
