Player A starts with the ball on red cone, dribbles to yellow cone and push passes the ball to Player B (opposite them). Player A continues to run to the opposite red cone.
Pogression, after player B has trapped the ball, player A runs Backward to the cone (eyes on ball).
Watch for correct pushing technique (should not make a sound nor lose ball contact).
Watch for trapping outside of feet zone (not so far out that they are vulnrable to losing control, but not letting ball hit your feet)
