DESCRIPTION

Basic PC Attack set up

  • Injector --> Outside Left
  • Inside Left --> starts next to stopper
  • Inside Right and Outside Right
  • Stopper, Striker and Left Slip stay at the top

COACHING POINTS

  • Every player to look like they are going to receive the ball.
  • Ball hit towards the goal for deflections and rebounds (2nd phase)
  • All players to face the goal.
  • Reactions - split hands on stick, do not try to "hit" rebounds.
  • Build ball delivered wide of Right Post for deflection
