Creates the atomsphere for the practice

Team jog around whole field to start then line up at the cone to start dynamic warm up.

  • Jog baseline
  • sideways jog facing out down sideline to 22
  • Jog 22
  • sideways jog facing out down sideline to halfway
  • Jog halfway
  • High knees up sideline to 22
  • Jog 22
  • Kick backs up sideline to baseline
  • rest
  • Jog baseline
  • High straight leg kicks down sideline to 22
  • Jog 22
  • 4 toe touches holding for 10 walking 3 inbetween and 4 calve stretches holding for 10 to halfway
  • Jog halfway
  • 4 toilet seat stretch hold for 10 and 4 pull leg back stretch to 22 up sideline
  • Jog 22
  • 4 knee to chest stretch hold for 10 and 4 arms across body stretch to baseline up sideline
  • Sprint baseline
  • Stetch ankles and water break

Agility triangle - 2 going at a time. Player does 1 full 1 and swops. 5 mins.
