DESCRIPTION

It is important to recap over the previous sessions as these aspects will all tie together in this session.

  1. Go over the pushing bunting and hitting as well as their deflections. It is important that the players alternate between these and are recieving the ball on both sides. Therefore they will break into groups of three with one person in the middle recieving the ball on both sides from the other two players.
  2. Once the players have warmed up with their hitting and pushing, they will set up a basic pushing/stopping/ hitting structure (as indicated in the diagram). Player A pushes to Player B who in turn hits it to Player C. Player C deflects it back to Player A
