- Centre Half (A) passes to the opposing Centre Half (D) who then passes back and the exercise is live.
- Once the Centre Forward beats the Centre Half they have the option to play the ball out to Left or Right Wing (F) before receiving it back inside the next square or they can carry on running alone.
- Centre Forward must then travel through the second square to beat the Full Back.
* Defenders are only allowed inside their own squares (not each others) and may only tackle inside the square
