This drill is to help get the body shape right for passing on the move.
The orange player with the ball moves towards the black cone before passing across his body to the static blue player on the blue cone before then receiving the ball back across the body after the balck cone. The orange player then passes from his back foot to the other blue player before receiving the ball at his back foot around the black cone and shooting (with a hit) on goal.
It'll be worth having two instances of this (alternating or shooting at two goals) with the numbers we have
