Full Back (D) passes to Centre Forward (A). A has to carry the ball through one of the two gates to their side whilst D tries to stop them.
- Run drill on each side, with D becoming A after the play and then A joining the opposite D queue.
D - defend ball to goal/gate line rather than following line of pass.

A - Decide which gate you are going through before you receive the pass.
- Use your first touch to accelerate towards the gate whilst keeping the ball under control
