SGP: 3v4 Overload in defence
Attackers: main principle is to score
Defenders: RHS aim is to defend the base line and not let attackers run that line (strong attack) by pushing attackers away towards the 23 to play the ball through the middle as a weaker option.
LHS aim is to defend the space around the 23 and push the attacker into the base line (weaker attack position) and make them play the ball into defensive strong side.
Can also work in long corner situations too.
Defence should dominate the play with the overload.
Defense to work as a unit pressing the attackers into the weaker attacking spaces.
Channeling from the attackers right side (on the RHS) to push them in-field and the attackers left (on the LHS) to again push in-field.
Keep body position low, wide stance with one foot in front of the other with stick low, hands apart and press as a unit.
