Split into groups of 8, mixed age groups. 2 players per cone.
A and C carry ball to right of centre cone, round cone open stick and pass to B and D respectively.
B and D then do the same.
Progressions:
Ball carry to left of centre cone, round cone open stick and pass
Ball carry to left of centre cone, V-skill left to right and pass to player on right
Ball carry to right of centre cone, V-skill right to left and pass to player on left
Ball carry position:
Feet apart, knees bent, bum out, back straight, head up, left elbow high, left wrist out, hands apart on stick.
Skill space:
1-2 o'clock - aim to carry the ball in this position
