Player on sideline hits the ball to player in the centre of the pitch. Player posts up to receive, and rolls out over left shouder, giving a pass to the player on the opposite sideline. Both sides work in unison.
Hands should be together at the top of the stick.
Left foot, shoulder & follow-through should all face the direction of the pass.
Wide based receipt, with right foot shielding the ball. Weight forward on the balls of feet.
