One team starts with the ball. They attack and try to score. The other team look to defend and turnover the ball. If the ball is turned over the first team jump back to defend. Once the ball is in a goal the "ORIGINAL" defensive team recieves a pass from their team in the corner. The oppossition swap both players asap. Continuous work.
