1. Sweat Box. between 6 -12 balls round outside of D, people passing in can put it anywhere in D, DO NOT be nice!
2: Pass and Follow. player 1 starts with ball, hits/ slaps it to player 2 who rolls out, fore or back hand, and then passes it to player 3 who then repeats it back the same way.
3: Tackle Boxes. 1 defender vs 1 attacker, go through box then next person goes.
4: 2v2 or however many people.
5: 2v1 (defender to tackle), shot on goal.
We will do each exercise for 10 MINUTES.
