We have three types of reception. Lead+forehand reception, lead+central close reception and lead+backhand reception. The players where the balls are have to run from the center to the sides and give 3 different types of passes (Backhand flat on the left side), Right leg push (center) and forehand flat (on th right side). Pass+ reception + hit on goal
Every 6' minutes they interchange exercise and 2' rest. They move after doing their task to another station.
Give proper passes and accurate passes.
Make a good lead + have a good reception. Eye contact nd proper timing are the key.
