Central defender pass a ball to one midfielder (inside the square) the other two midfielders let him receive and he plays 1vs2 once the two midfielders recuperate the ball they attack fast to the goal and the central defender has to slow down the attack and wait for the onther midfielder (the one who has lost the ball) to go back and become a 2vs2 if possible.
Receive under pressure and play vs 2 midfielders and readapt once the ball is lost and become 2vs2. For the attackers is important to recuperate the ball as quick as possible with good pressure and then do a fast break to make sure is a 2vs1.
Red(1) give a pass and when there's a counter try to slow down the attack (in order to be a 2vs2). Stay outside the circle and face the ball. Foot work and one in front of each other and jap. Do not enter onto the attackers space. Communiction.
Red(2): When pick up the ball try to protect it as long as possible. When loosing the ball important to react as quick as possible and run straight to the goal in order to help.
Blue(1&2): When putting pressure make sure we don't make any fault. Important to work together to recuperate the ball and once we have it try to go as fast as possible to the circle. First pass after recuperation has to be "good". Don't be on the line of the defender on the 2vs1 cause will be impossible to recive a pass.
