Divide the Quarter up leaving space for the GKs to practice in goal. Create cone boxes in 3 of the 4 corners of each section, leave the corner nearest the GKs clear. Divide the group up into teams of equal number, no more than 5 in each team. Ball has to be passed into any box in the corner and then back out again with a successful completion to score. Players can be tackled inside the box, no restrictions on this, but the ball cannot be dribbled into a box to score, it must be a pass, and similarly it cannot be dribbled out, only passed.
Rotate the teams every 5 minutes with a break in between.
Looking for players to be moving quickly and passing accurately. Freeze the games to highlight player positioning where appropriate (i.e. too bunched up, not using the width etc.)
