'Ladder' competition. The aim is to score by carrying over the opponent’s backline. 1-3 min per game. After scoring, scorers keep the ball and attack the opposite goal line (turn and burn).
Winner moves up, loser moves down. Winner on the 'top' (right-hand) pitch and the loser on the 'bottom' (left-hand) pitch stay put.
