Call a team huddle every 2-3 rounds and prompt teams to reflect on their performance (see questions below).
Swap the teams over after [10] balls/attempts to outlet.

Emphasis should be on defenders reflecting on how to do this.
Ensure that off-the-ball players in the defenders' team are moving to space, to create passing options for the free-hit taker.
