Players can only score in the created 9 yard circle with a bunt, push or flick.
Attacking team (blue) try to score. If defending team red turn the ball over they run over the dotted 5 and become attackers. this continues until a goal is scored.
Scoring team leaves field and next attacking team (yellow) starts immediately, with the remaining team defending.

Forehand to forehand passes (Attacking)
6 six second recovery (Defending transition)
Deny the left (Defending)
Control then roll (Attacking transition)
Focus on attackers and defenders decision making and patience.
Attackers need to use the space whilst defenders need to cut the space.
