Every time a wingplayer receives the ball, he runs forward to the pivot position, who goes to the wing.

Fast Passing to Create Space 1

B is the feeder who throws the introduction pass 1 (either to A or to B). Player A runs towards wingplayer E and passes to E. E goes in between the cones (1st and 2nd defender) and passes to A, who retreated backwards and comes in again at full speed, receiving the pass from E and quickly passes the ball to the incoming C, who goes in between the cones (1st and 2nd defender) and passes to D, who throws at the goal. B now plays his first pass to C and the shot will finally come from player E.

D throws at the goal if C hasn't done so. B now plays his first pass to C and the shot will finally come from player E.

Pass A-B-C-D.D is closely defended by defender 1.Just before tha pass C-D is coming, 1 feints a run inside but quickly goes outside and passes defender 1, receives the pass from C behind defender 1 and tries to score a goal. Defender 2 closes the gap a bit so that the wingplayers don't get to much space.

Wingplayer Crossing

Pass from A to B who tries to get past defender 1. If his action is successful he can try to score a goal. If defended sucessfully by defender 1, he can pass the ball backwards to crossing wingplayer C who can try to score a goal. If defender 1 can also stop C, then C passes to A who can throw at the goal. Then repeat the drill from the right side.

Pass from A to B who tries to get past defender 1. If his action is successful he can try to score a goal. If defended sucessfully by defender 1, he can pass the ball backwards to crossing wingplayer C who can try to score a goal. If defender 1 can also stop C, then C passes to A who can throw at the goal or pass to pivot D Then repeat the drill from the right side.

Each blue player has two balls and are stood in a line outside the free throw line. An attacking player is stood high up the wing, close to the baseline on both sides. When the coach blows their whistle players pass one at a time, starting with the closest player, to the wing player who must then make a shot on goal (so red player 1 will receive their first pass from blue player 1).

In this game the wing player (green 1) feeds the ball to the first attacker who then works with their partner to try and get past the two defenders. Always try to get stuck into the two defenders, play the ball fast and always move back quickly to get into a new position to receive the pass back immediately and change the direction of the attacking 'wave'.

Players A and B throw their balls towrds the throw off line. They grabb each others ball/ Player B dribbles around the cones and throws at the goal at goalkeeper D. They try to force the attackers to the most difficult angel when throwing the ball at the goal.Defenders 3 and 4 block the goalshots actively going to attackers A and B. Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep. Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own. Aim of the game : To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Players line  up a few meters behind the 7 meter line where a cone is placed on the floor. The wide player (blue 2) passes the ball to the player waiting in line who then runs forward to the cone. When they reach the cone players should be slightly to the left or the right of the cone. Before being allowed to shoot players must 'get past the cone' using an effective dummy, cutting around the other side of the cone before shooting. <br />variations :<br />- 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right)<br />- 2 step or even in 1 step<br />- jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot<br />- jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

The defender is protecting the area between the 8-9 metre lines. The attacking players work in small 2 vs 1s. The player with the ball plays a one-two pass and then attempts to feint their way past the defending player. After the shot players rotate positions - with the shooter becoming the next defender and the defender joining the shooting players.

Players play a one-two pass with the middle man. When they receive the return ball players should use their two steps to get around the middle player (using a fake/feint). After their second step players pass to the next player in the opposite line and then join the back of that line. Drill continues in this way.
